Robot Ascend is a game about a robot that wants to reach the space to bring humanity back to hearth. . . that's the basic description of the game but robot ascend is a platform game that is NOT finished but is close to being . . * (this part will be removed when the game is done but for now this is the tutorial) . left/right arrows : move left and right . up arrow : jump . up arrow X2 : double jump . down arrow : use drill(little extra jump) . spam down arrow : destroy your finger and almost fly . R : restart the current room * the game is done with the mobility in mind giving possibility to long and high jumps you can also fly through some obstacles (not really but it is close) but the mobility does not make the game easier because the world continues to have several complicated jumps corners always a little higher than you arrive and spikes that are everywhere for some strange reason the mobility is just a way for you to go through these challenges that increase little by little . . I must be honest the story of the game is not its strong as the focus is on the gameplay but even so there will be cinematics that show the passage of your robot into space nothing special but try as far as possible not to leave a gap in this aspect . . music may have the same fate since my experience composing music is very low but in the course of the days I usually do 1 or 2 tests of songs for the areas of the game and also the bosses so in this aspect you could see several changes . . the art of the game is a part that I usually master most sprites try to take care of them and make them look good together despite the fact that the game is intended to be blocky even though there are sprites that do not combine well in the world or not They look very good so I would be grateful that they said about these sprites to be one of the aspects that is easier and faster to fix for me . . the game right now is only for the page of itch.io but i plan to upload it to newgrounds and give a download link . . Well that's all I hope to receive support for this game in the form of recognition and visibility for upcoming projects without more I'll see you later . . by? . .
